New Business Salesperson
We are currently looking for a salesperson to generate and close new business in Surrey and Central/South London. The applicant must have previous relevant IT experience and have a history of dealing with small and medium businesses.

 

2nd/3rd Line Helpdesk / Senior IT Support Analyst Engineer - Dorking, Surrey 
Senior IT Support Analyst / Engineer with relevant experience and Microsoft Accreditation essential.
This role is primarily based at our offices but also at our client’s premises as required. The role is centered on the installation management and support of both hardware and software located at our client's offices. Predominantly based on Microsoft technology. This is an great opportunity to work within an experienced and dedicated team of IT support professionals who enjoy an excellent working relationship with all our clients.

Applicants must have previous experience in a substantial helpdesk or support role. A minimum of 3 years (ideally more) server based installation/support experience is required.

- Networking (TCP/IP, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, DSL Routers, vLANs).
- Server Operating Systems (Windows Server 2000/2003/2008).
- Server Applications (Exchange 2000/2003/2007, SQL Server).
- Terminal Services and Citrix.
- Desktop OS + Apps + associated peripherals.
- Internet Domain/DNS management.

Other essential skills are a good telephone manner and excellent trouble shooting skills.
